Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing our new design; and,

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. 1.

The evenly dashed broken lines surrounding FIG. 1 illustrate a display screen or portion thereof. The remaining evenly dashed broken lines shown in FIG. 1, including all text shown, and all of the evenly dashed broken lines in FIG. 2, illustrate portions of the display screen with graphical user interface. The dot-dashed broken lines illustrate the location of the enlarged portion shown in FIG. 2. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface as shown and described.
