The peripheral dashed broken lines in the figures show the computer display system or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design.

The other dashed broken lines show a three dimensional environment within a field of view of the user that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-7 and FIGS. 8-14, respectively.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a computer display system or portion thereof showing an animated graphical user interface having a three-dimensional appearance as shown and described.
