The dash-dash broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the neck bracket that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 2 and 10 represent boundaries of the enlarged portion and form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot broken lines in FIG. 9 represent the boundary of the enlarged cross-sectional view, and form no part thereof.
