FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the handle for handheld tool and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing of the blower and pipe in FIG. 1 are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structures and are for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part thereof.
