FIG. 1 is a top, front perspective view of the precast anchor seat;

FIG. 2 is a bottom, front perspective view of the precast anchor seat of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the precast anchor seat of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the precast anchor seat of FIG. 1, wherein each of the front side, left side, and rear side are a mirror image of FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the precast anchor seat of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a top, front perspective view of the precast anchor seat of FIG. 1 in an illustrative environment with an anchor.
