Description

This application is related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 18/165,192, filed Feb. 6, 2023, title Dashboard User Interface, the contents of which are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety.

FIG. 1A is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a first portion of a graphical user interface showing our new design; and,

FIG. 1B is a front view of a second portion thereof.

The outermost dash-dot broken lines showing a display screen form no part of the claimed design. The remaining dash-dash broken lines illustrate the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface substantially as shown and described.
