Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of the display panel or portion thereof with graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof.

Newness and distinctiveness reside in the combined ornamental features of the graphical user interface of the display panel (or portion thereof). These being: the two artistic logos (top and bottom, as shown), three sets of grids (top and middle, as shown), three rows of rectangle-like shapes (below the largest grid, as shown) and an extra strip of rectangle-like shapes (immediately above the bottom logo, as shown).

The broken lines around the figures show the display panel (or portion thereof) and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display panel or portion thereof with a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
