The dashed lines in FIG. 5 illustrate portions of the article which form no part of the claimed design.

The dot-and-dash broken line border in FIGS. 1, 3, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 indicate a portion of the view that has been enlarged for magnification purposes in a corresponding enlarged view. Specifically, the Arabic numeral at an end of the dot-and-dash broken line border designates the view number of the corresponding enlarged view.

The ornamental design for a writing utensil as shown and described.
