Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 5 is a front view of a fifth image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

FIG. 6 is a front view of a sixth image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design; and,

FIG. 7 is a front view of a seventh image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface showing the new design.

The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface of the embodiment sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-7. The process, period, or manner in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines in the figures illustrate a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing portions of the graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional graphical user interface as shown and described.
