Description

FIG. 1 is a first image in a sequence for a display panel portion with an animated computer icon, showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a second image in the sequence thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a third image in the sequence thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost perimeter broken line illustrates a portion of a device and the inner perimeter broken line illustrates a display panel. All other broken and lines illustrate disclaimed portions of the animated computer icon. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design. The white and greyscale in the drawings illustrates a contrast of appearance.

The ornamental design for a display panel portion with an animated computer icon, substantially as shown and described.
