Design 1 is a display screen with animated graphical user interface, in which the appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in reproductions 1.1 to 1.2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The outer edge of the display screen is understood to be congruent with the outer edge of the animated graphical user interface.

The ornamental design for a display screen with animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
