Description

FIG. 1 is a first image of a display panel screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the larger rectangle of FIG. 1 shown for completeness of illustration;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the smaller rectangle of FIG. 1 shown for completeness of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a second image thereof of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the larger rectangle of FIG. 4 shown for completeness of illustration; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the smaller rectangle of FIG. 4 thereof shown for completeness of illustration.

The dot-dot-dash broken lines shown in the drawings represent the display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines shown in the drawings define boundaries of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design. The even dashed broken lines in the animated graphical user interface illustrating portions of the graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design.

The subject matter in this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
