Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, showing a first image of the new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof.

The dot-dash broken lines in the drawings show a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines in the drawings, including evenly spaced broken lines and all broken line text, icons, and graphics, show portions of the graphical user interface, or an electronic device having a display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. The process or period in which an image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
