FIGS. 3 and 4 are side elevational views taken substantially on the lines 3--3 and 4--4 in the direction of the arrows respectively of the view illustrated in FIG. 2.

FIGS. 5 and 6 are end elevational views taken substantially on the lines 5--5 and 6--6 in the directions of the arrows respectively of the view illustrated in FIG. 3.

FIGS. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are transverse vertical sectional views taken substantially on the lines 7--7, 8--8, 9--9, 10--10, 11--11 and 12--12 respectively of the view illustrated in FIG. 3.
