FIG. 2 is an elevational view taken from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image of the top shown; and
FIG. 5 is another perspective view thereof.
The fragmentary broken line representation of a cable in FIG. 5 is for purposes of illustration only.
