FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the sides and rear being identical;
FIG. 3 is a view taken from a position 45.degree. from the position of FIG. 2, the views taken at positions 180.degree. and 90.degree. herefrom being identical;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view; and
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view.
