FIG. 2 is a view in top plan thereof;

FIG. 3 is a view in bottom plan thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof as viewed from right to left with respect to FIG. 2, the side opposite that shown being a mirror image; and

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof as viewed from the top down with respect to FIG. 2, the side opposite that shown being a mirror image.
