FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a surgical lancet, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevation as seen from the opposite end of FIG. 5; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

My new design for a bleeding time device is believed adequately shown in the above-discussed FIGS. 1 - 7 of the drawings.
