FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof taken from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a vertical sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 1.

A side elevational view taken from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2 is essentially a mirror image of FIG. 2.

An end elevational view taken from the end opposite that shown in FIG. 3 is essentially a mirror image of FIG. 3.
