FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a can puncturing tool or similar article, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of our design of FIG. 1 showing a modification of the prong portion thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of our design of FIG. 1 showing a modification of the upstanding arm portions thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of our design of FIG. 1 showing a modification of the prong portion and upstanding arm portions thereof.

The characteristic features of our design reside in a can puncturing tool comprising a strip of sheet metal bent so as to provide a substantially flat base portion with an upstanding arm portion at each end of the base portion and a sharp pointed prong formed out of the base portion and upstanding therefrom along a line substantially parallel to the line of projection of each arm portion.
