FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap therefor showing a further embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the opposite being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 10 is a back elevational view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7; and

FIG. 11 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the bottom plan view being substantially the same as shown in FIG. 5.
