Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 4 is an isometric view.

The invention is characterized by a translucent inner tubular portion having therein an array of opaque members forming an aureole pattern concentric therewith and with an outer opaque, reflective shell.
