FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a dental radiographic apparatus for forming and confining an X-ray beam, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevation as seen from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an end elevation as seen from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is an end elevation as seen from the right of FIG. 1, with the freely separable film holding and alignment apparatus omitted for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a second modified embodiment of the dental radiographic apparatus illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a side elevation thereof;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is an elevation as seen from the side opposite FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is an end elevation as seen from the left of FIG. 8;

FIG. 13 is an end elevation as seen from the right of FIG. 8;

FIG. 17 is a left end elevation of a third modified form of the member disclosed in FIGS. 7 and 14;

FIG. 18 is a right end elevation thereof;

FIG. 19 is a top perspective view of the cap illustrated in FIG. 17 and shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 20 is a left end elevation thereof;

FIG. 21 is a side elevation thereof; and

FIG. 22 is a right end elevation thereof.

The collimator tube is shown broken away in FIGS. 1 and 2 to indicate indeterminate length.
