FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan veiw thereof.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view thereof, taken along the line 4--4 in FIG. 2.

The broken line disclosure of a pad in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
