FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, viewed from the right side of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a top elevational view thereof, viewed from above FIG. 2; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom elevational view thereof, viewed from below FIG. 2.
