FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a scooter showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof.

The undisclosed rear of the shield member and the underside of the platform member are substantially plain and unornamented.
