FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a table or similar article depicting a rectangular table top mounted on two disjoint cantilever base portions, embodying my new design for a table or similar article;

FIG. 2 is a major axis side elevation of the table or similar article of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a minor axis side elevation of the table or similar article of FIGS. 1 and 2.
