FIG. 3 is a rear elevation thereof.
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The side elevation obverse to that shown in FIG. 2 has not been shown for the reason that it would be the mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 2.
