FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof; and
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The end and side not shown in the drawing are mirror images of the end and side shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 respectively.
