FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view with the cord shown as broken off for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view.

The pattern of small circles partially shown in FIG. 5 for convenience of illustration within the inner-most large circle is continuous.
