FIG. 2 is a right-side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

In FIGS. 2-4 the bellows member and the connecting tube have been shown in fragment for ease of illustration.
