FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of an apparatus for draining and flushing a liquid chemical from a container showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view looking at the side of the apparatus opposite the side shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
