FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-section taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a second embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a third embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a fourth embodiment of FIG. 1, the sole difference being the arm-rest is not shown;

FIG. 9 is a cross-section taken on line 9--9 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 10 is a fifth embodiment of FIG. 1, frame shown in circular cross-section.
