FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the catch end thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view of the hinge end thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof with the locking bar in an elevated position;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof with the latch arm and bar pivoted away from the catch.
