FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged, fragmentary cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the lid for the lower compartment of the device.
