FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1, the only difference being the substitution of wall brackets for the handle and base shown in FIG. 1.
