FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the lower portion of the water sweeper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, with a portion of the connecting tube broken away;

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 3--3 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view taken from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
