FIG. 2 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view with the cover removed for convenience of illustration; and

FIG. 7 is a front and left side perspective view with the cover shown in raised condition.
