FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment thereof, wherein the only difference resides in the specific configuration of the lugs;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a third embodiment thereof, wherein the only difference resides in the specific configuration of the lugs;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a fourth embodiment thereof, wherein the only difference resides in the specific configuration of the lugs;

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a fifth embodiment thereof, wherein the only difference resides in the specific configuration of the lugs;

FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-6 thereof.
