FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combined bottle and cup showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 4 is an elevational view showing another embodiment of my new design wherein the only change is in the embossed band around the cup.
