FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a fat skimmer showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view as seen from the right in FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view as seen from the left in FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is an elevational view of the strainer and valve element as removed from the container of the fat skimmer.
