FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a holder for an electric shaver showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken in the direction of the arrows on line 4--4 of FIG. 3.

The bottom and rear are flat and unornamented.
