FIG. 2 is an end elevation of the cap member;

FIG. 3 is an elevation as seen from the opposite end of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation with the cap member in a fully assembled condition;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation with the cap member removed for clarity of illustration; and

FIG. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof.
