FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of a second embodiment thereof;
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 1 but with the flap partially open;
FIG. 8 is a third embodiment wherein the bottom front and rear edges are horizontal;
FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of FIG. 6; and
FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2.
