FIG. 5 is an end elevational view in closed position, looking from the left in FIG. 1;
FIG. 6 is a side elevational view in opened position, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 7 is a front elevational view in opened position; and
FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view in opened position.
