FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the cover, the bottom plan view being identical except for the indicated indentation;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of the cover, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 10 is a left-side elevational view of the cover; and

FIG. 11 is a right-side elevational view of the cover.
