FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined carrying and retaining device for shoes showing my new design, the opposite sides not shown being mirror images of the sides shown;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof with the heel and toe pieces shown in operative positions; and
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the base member.
