FIG. 3 is an end elevational view taken substantially along the line 3--3 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken substantially along the line 4--4 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view taken substantially along the line of 5--5 of FIG. 2.
