FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 2.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The cross line shading partially shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 is understood to represent conventional fabric which extends throughout the circumscribed areas.
