FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view showing the side not disclosed in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view of the lounge seat of FIG. 1 but wherein the headrest has been adjusted to an alternate position._
